CONTROL: Resonant imagines a New York twisted by the power of the enigmatic Hiss. This interdimensional force corrupts everything it touches, and all the iconic touchstones of New York are no exception; billboards, subway stations, pizza joints, and coffee shops are all filtered through the Hiss’s malevolent, warped power.
