Media Mail does not offer insurance or reliable tracking. Black Friday Orders
Please note that due to high seasonal order volume, Black Friday items may take up to 15 business days to ship.
If you have not received a shipping notification via email within 15 business days of placing your order, please contact customer service at support.iam8bit.com.
Black Friday Gift Card Promotion
The Black Friday Gift Card Promotion rewards you with a gift card based on the total value (pre-tax, pre-shipping costs) of your cart at checkout. This applies only to in-stock items, not pre-orders. In-stock items not included in the Black Friday Holiday Event collection WILL still count towards your total cart value. The promotion begins on November 6th at 9 AM PT and ends on December 2nd at 9 AM PT.
The spending thresholds are as follows:
Cart value $75: You get a $5 digital gift card
Cart value $100: You get a $10 digital gift card
Cart value $250: You get a $30 digital gift card
Cart value $500: You get a $75 digital gift card
Note that you will receive one gift card of the highest amount possible; so, a cart with a value of $100 gets a $10 gift card, NOT a $10 gift card and a $5 gift card. Also note that the maximum value is $75; so, a cart worth $575 will get a $75 gift card, NOT a $75 AND a $5 gift card.
After you check out, your digital gift card will be delivered via email within 1 business day. You can then redeem that digital gift card for your next purchase on iam8bit.com.
Digital gift cards may be redeemed at checkout only at iam8bit.com.
*Black Friday Gift Card promotion does not apply to original artwork, prints, or to any items associated with the iam8bit 20th Anniversary Art Show collection
